WHO WE ARE
The West End Lofts comprises 33 residential units on floors 2-5, representing a diverse mix of individuals, couples and families. In addition, the building includes commercial units on the first floor: Grand Salon, The Wise Vision Group, LoDo Dental and Crowd Favorite.
LOTS OF INFORMATION!
The West End Lofts Web site is designed to keep residents informed and connected with the West End Lofts Homeowners Association (WELHA). Among other things you'll find on the Web site are contact information for our property management group, a downloadable PDF copy of our Handbook of Rules and Regulations and copies of the minutes for past WELHA annual meetings meetings.
NEWS, REMINDERS AND NOTICES
To help create a sense of community here at West End Lofts, we've included a section called, "News, Reminders and Notices."
You’ll find helpful reminders, such as where to take your garbage (in the garage, to the left of the entrance/exit) to being courteous to your neighbors when using the grocery carts located in the garage (always handy for those Costco trips!).
CLASSIFIEDS
We have a Classifieds section where items can be listed for sale or rent (e.g., parking space, unit), or if it's an item that you found or lost, there's a lost and found category.
